I asked for a refund, and they did send the money back, eventually. It just took longer than I expected, and support did reply, but not exactly quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but, it wasn’t great either.

The tracking worked well overall, it just took a bit longer than I expected to update sometimes. My order still showed up fine though

"Sizing felt a little off"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up feeling a bit snug around the shoulders. The length was fine, so I’m not sure if it just runs small there or maybe the cut is a little different than expected. I’d probably size up if I bought it again. It’s not awful, but I do wish the size guide gave a clearer idea of the fit.

"Looks cool, just not totally for me"
I do like the style overall, it has that simple darker look that feels right for the brand. At the same time, some of it feels a little too plain to me, even though I guess that’s also kind of the point of the design. I just sort of wanted a bit more detail or something to make it stand out more. It’s not bad at all, just not completely my thing.

I ordered a hoodie from Blacksmith Official i was let down when it arrived. The fabric felt thinner than I expected, the stitching around the sleeves looked messy, and after just one wash the print already started looking faded.

For the price, it really didn’t feel worth it. On top of that, I kept having to go through verification steps, which got annoying fast and made the whole experience even more frustrating. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I definitely wouldn’t order again.

I had to reach out to blacksmithofficial.com about my order, the response took longer than I thought it would. Maybe I was expecting too much or I’m just impatient, but I did end up having to follow up once before getting a clear answer. To be fair, they were polite when they finally replied, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just think the communication could’ve been a little quicker and more straightforward

"Bad packaging made me nervous"
The box showed up really bent and partly open, which made me worry right away that something could’ve been damaged or gone missing. There wasn’t much padding inside either, so the item looked like it had just been tossed in. I’m cautious about stuff like this, especially when ordering online, and this packaging didn’t feel secure at all. Not happy with the experience.

I don’t know, for the price I just thought it would feel a lot nicer. It’s expensive, but the quality was kind of underwhelming, like... not terrible, just not worth what they’re charging
